Take a tour through the new ABC No Rio building as it rises!

It has taken us over 9 years to get here, but there’s no doubt anymore — ABC No Rio’s new building is being built!

Soon we will have a new, permanent home. The new center will have our community darkroom, screen printshop, computer lab, zine library, kitchen for mutual aid projects, two spaces for exhibitions and public events (including the punk and hardcore matinees). As before, we will continue to be an inclusive, autonomous DIY space focused on art, activism, fostering community, and resource sharing in a spirit of camaraderie and mutual support.

As we move closer to completing our new arts community center, we invite you to join us on this journey as the new No Rio is built brick by brick from the ground up. Click the play on each of the stages below of construction for a 4D virtual walkthrough of our building site.

We still need your help!

 We’re not out of the woods yet and still need to continue fundraising to cover our share of the building and design costs, which as it stands is over $1,500,000. We plan to do one of these 4D virtual walkthroughs every month to document the building’s progress, so you’ll be able to see your donations in action as we get closer to completing the new No Rio.
